Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Registered Nurse with Emergency Room expertise is needed for a contract position in Eden Prairie, MN. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced ER environment, requiring strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to urgent situations.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting
Active Minnesota nursing license (non-compact state) or valid MN Temp License with expiration aligning with contract length
Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS, AHA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications

Schedule / Hours:

12-hour shifts covering day and evening (03:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 03:00)
36 hours per week
Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Floating within the ER as needed
On-call not required

Responsibilities / Duties:

Provide comprehensive nursing care in an emergency room setting
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective treatment
Document patient care accurately and timely
