Job Description
PT Wanted – Dance/Performing Arts Caseload – PRN/Contract with Opportunity to Grow
\n
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who's passionate about working with dancers and performing artists to join our team on a PRN/contract, hourly basis — with real potential to grow into a larger role based on fit and caseload demand.
\n
\n
The Opportunity We have an established caseload of dancers and performing artists who need continuity of high-level care. These are patients who train hard, push their bodies, and want to get back to peak performance — not just "pain-free." If you love working with driven, high-functioning patients and understand the culture of dance (the perfectionism, the pain tolerance, the fear of being sidelined), this is a great fit. Caseload will likely also include non-dancers as well.
\n
\n
Current Structure This position starts as PRN/contract, hourly pay, covering after-school hours, at least 3 days/week. Depending on fit and clinic needs, there's genuine potential for this to expand into a larger or full-time role down the line.

What Makes a Great Fit
\n
- \n
- Active Virginia PT license (required)
- Experience or strong interest in dance/performing arts rehab — a dance background yourself is a big plus, but not required
- Comfortable working with high-performing, high-demand patients who want to return to peak performance
- Strong communicator focused on educating our clients
- Mission based-- striving to help our patients go beyond pain relief alone
- Highly motivated clinician who is looking to fulfill a passion versus clock in and out.
- Available afternoons/evenings, 3 days/week

What We're Looking For Long-Term While this starts as a contract/PRN role, we're ultimately open to the right person growing with our clinic and potentially owning this niche caseload long-term. We're not looking for someone who just wants to pick up hours short-term — we want someone who sees the bigger opportunity here.
