About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining well-organized financial records. The Bookkeeper will support daily accounting functions, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, payments, and deposits
- Assist with payroll entry and expense tracking
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Generate reports for management as needed
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
