• Coordinate schedules and manage communication between clients and caregivers to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Offer empathetic support to clients and their families, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies in all client interactions.
• Monitor client progress and caregiver performance to ensure high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new strategies.• Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
