We are currently seeking a part-time Optometric Assistant/Receptionist to join our optometry practice in Castro Valley on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Primary responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying patients’ insurance eligibility, managing patient check-in and check-out, and performing pre-testing procedures. No prior experience is required, will train.
We are looking for a friendly, dependable individual who enjoys working with people and is eager to learn. While this position is intended as part-time, there is potential for growth up to 37 hours per week for the right candidate.
