Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $18-$30/hour depending on experience + overtime opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
  • Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning
  • Maintain organized job sites and safe working conditions
  • Accurately document job details using company software
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Help identify ways to improve installation quality, workflow, and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Residential HVAC installation experience
  • Strong understanding of installation best practices and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting the team
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and changing weather conditions
  • EPA Certification preferred
