We are hiring an Operations & Office Manager for a growing private wealth firm in Houston. This in-office role combines operational leadership and executive support to the Owner/CEO. Responsibilities include building and documenting SOPs, improving CRM workflows, overseeing client onboarding processes, supporting licensing and compliance tracking, managing vendor relationships, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring day-to-day operational discipline. The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of experience in financial services or another regulated industry, strong process improvement capability, executive-level support experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role offers significant long-term growth and leadership opportunity for the right individual. The right candidate will take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and will play a central role in building scalable operational infrastructure.
