Responsibilities:
- Become well-versed in program standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Review and approve customer rebate applications with attention to accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate and finalize customer loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to protocols.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to incomplete or non-qualifying applications.
- Gradually take on responsibilities for reviewing and approving contractor proposals as part of the full-service program.
- Coordinate logistics between contractors and customers, including scheduling and addressing customer concerns, while escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong skills in order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
