Adecco Staffing is working with a well-established manufacturing company in Brattleboro, VT to bring on a CNC Setup Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on work, consistent hours, and the ability to grow their skills in machining and setup.
Position:
CNC Setup Operator
Shift:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
Pay:
$20 – $29/hour depending on experience and shift

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Load materials and monitor production runs for quality and efficiency
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make minor adjustments to tooling, offsets, and programs as needed
- Ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and tolerances
- Keep machines running efficiently and minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous CNC operation or setup experience preferred
- Comfortable working with blueprints and measuring tools
- Basic understanding of machining concepts and tolerances
- Familiarity with G & M codes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour
