Job Description

Reiter, Hill & Johnson is seeking a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Washington, DC. We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate provider with strong gynecological experience and a solid foundation in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care for patients with varying medical needs. A collaborative spirit and commitment to excellent patient care are essential for success in this role.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

  • Location: Washington, DC

  • Compensation Range: $95,000 $125,000/year
    (based on years of experience)

Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse (Washington, DC preferred).

  • Current BLS certification (or obtained prior to providing direct patient care).

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in womens health.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions.

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments.

  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

  • Perform minor surgical procedures and initiate life-saving interventions when needed.

  • Promote preventive care through periodic health screenings and patient education.

  • Provide counseling on womens health topics and family planning.

  • Coordinate care with collaborating physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.

  • Deliver care at any of our clinical sites as needed.
