We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-obsessed, and reliable Beverage Sales Associate to join our work hard, play hard team! At our boutique, high-volume store, we pride ourselves on providing stellar service, maintaining a great looking shop, and making sure everyone has a positive experience. In our store, there is never not something to do—whether you’re guiding a customer to the perfect bottle, stocking shelves, handling light administrative tasks, or making local deliveries. If you enjoy connecting with people, selling a variety of products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. Pay is $20 per hour plus delivery tips; averaging $22-$23 per hour. Schedule is part-time week nights and weekend days.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, identify their needs, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Explain products, promotions, and services to customers in a clear and friendly manner
- Consistently monitor inventory levels and restock shelves/cooler
- Accurately process sales, handle cash and credit/debit transactions, and issue receipts
- Assist with light admin work (inclusive of uploading and entering weekly invoices)
- Prepare and complete local liquor deliveries safely and on time
- Verify customer identification and follow all alcohol safety and compliance requirements
- Investigate and courteously resolve customer questions or complaints
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Excel in a busy environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Able to lift and carry cases of beer and liquor
- Must be available for weeknight and weekend shifts, have a valid driver’s license for local deliveries, and be 21+ (required to handle/deliver alcohol).
