We are selectively engaging recent MBA graduates who are ready to pursue business ownership and lead agency growth in high-potential markets.
This is a franchise ownership opportunity, not a traditional employment position.
The Opportunity
The MBA Incentive Program is designed for high-achieving MBA graduates who want to transition from academic and professional leadership into business ownership.
Selected candidates will:
- Execute a Franchise Agreement
- Complete Goosehead’s required MBA training program
- Launch and operate their own Goosehead Insurance agency
This pathway is built for individuals who want to combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, and market execution in a scalable business model.
MBA Incentive Program
Before launching, franchise owners participate in a structured two-week virtual MBA Incentive Program focused on:
- Agency operations and compliance standards
- Sales leadership and team development
- Business planning and market strategy
- Financial management fundamentals
- Systems training and carrier engagement
This program is designed to prepare franchise owners to confidently launch and operate their agency within the Goosehead platform.
Successful completion of the program and satisfaction of all system requirements are necessary prior to launch.
As a Goosehead Franchise Owner, You Will:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Develop referral partnerships and community presence
- Execute established market growth strategies
- Leverage centralized technology, marketing, and carrier infrastructure
- Operate as an independent business owner with full responsibility for agency performance
Franchise owners are independent contractors and not employees of Goosehead Insurance.
Investment and Disclosure
This opportunity involves the purchase of a franchise. Prospective franchisees must execute a Franchise Agreement and meet all financial and operational requirements described in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
A launch support fund may be available following successful completion of the MBA Incentive Program, as outlined in the FDD and Franchise Agreement.
In accordance with federal and state franchise laws, candidates will receive and review the Franchise Disclosure Document prior to signing any binding agreement or making any payment.

- MBA degree completed within the past 5 years

- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and ownership
- Financial capability to meet franchise requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
