Join a company that helps schools across the U.S. receive free spirit items through local business sponsorships. For over 20 years, ASF Direct has worked with schools and businesses nationwide to provide items such as t-shirts, bags, cups, and other school spirit products at no cost to the schools.
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and earning income based on performance.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support.

Compensation
- Weekly Pay

- On Average reps earn $20–$35+/hour
- Guaranteed base pay starting at $14/hour
- Top performers can earn $75,000+ annually
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses nationwide
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Explain our school sponsorship advertising program
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Help businesses advertise while supporting local schools
