Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system? Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students' educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education
- Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed
- Follow school district policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- NJ Substitute Teacher Certificate
- 20 years old or older
- Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels
