Traveling Laborer – Concrete & Site Services

Asphalt Contractors Inc. (ACI) is hiring dependable and motivated laborers to join our Travel Crew. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality results, and is open to traveling for projects lasting 7–14 days at a time.

Pay starts at $22/hour, based on experience.
Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and daily per diem when traveling.

Work Scope May Include:

• Concrete flatwork and repair

• Installing fencing and bollards

• Pavement striping

• Sign installation

• Sprinkler/irrigation system installation

• Dock door installs, repairs, and maintenance

• Light welding and fabrication work

General Skill Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Average workday is 8–12 hours

• Willingness to travel regularly for extended periods (7–14 days at a time)

• A strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, safe work site

• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

• Openness to learning and growing on the job

• Valid driver’s license required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
