Titles: Associate Manufacturing Technician
Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720
Shifts & Pay Rate:
Weekend AM: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM & Pay: $26.40/hr on W2.
Weekend PM: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM & Pay: $30/hr on W2.
Weekday PM: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM & Pay: $27.60/hr on W2.
Job Summary:
- Seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot highly automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device environment.
- This role supports production quality, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automated equipment
- Monitor processes using HMIs and resolve machine faults
- Maintain raw material feeds and ensure on-time production
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and quality checks
- Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards
- Support new product launches, validations, and process improvements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma + 3 years manufacturing experience
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
- Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Medical device or cleanroom experience a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
