Position Overview
The QA Technician will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting inspections, testing products, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards to ensure that all manufactured products meet the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Document and analyze inspection results and report any non-conformities to the relevant teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits as necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in quality assurance or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
