Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans for residents

• Conduct audiometric screenings and manage referrals when needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to drive optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with Medicare and facility standards

• Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and staff education

• Uphold a culture of dignity, safety, and clinical excellence

What Were Looking For

• Masters Degree (MA or MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

• Active New York State SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for ethical, patient-centered care
