Overview:

Proficient in general contracting, trade work, and construction site safety, with strong knowledge of tools, fasteners, and commercial architectural construction.

Skilled in framing, wall layout, blocking, stair forming, and both wood and metal stud layout.

Able to install and troubleshoot doors, frames, hardware, trim, casework, access panels, window coverings, and various finished products.

Experienced in blueprint reading, interpreting elevations, performing layout work, and operating layout equipment safely and accurately.

Capable of leading crews, conducting training, assisting with planning, scheduling, safety compliance, and managing daily construction activities.

Meets physical and logistical requirements including valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to pass drug screening, and endurance for irregular hours and tough weather conditions.
