  • Coordination and organization of company records and publications. Maintenance of standard procedures to compile records, sort, locate and receive knowledge materials such as books, documents, drawings, film and other materials required for current and future use (i.e. Librarian).
  • Data management
  • Service Dispatching/Job management
  • Warranty Support (Registration & Claiming)
  • Procurement Support:
  • Parts orders
  • Purchase Orders creation
  • Executing Credit memo, Invoice Cancellation and/or Cost Transfers
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or a service organization.
  • Knowledge/understanding of SalesForce.com (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge/understanding of SAP S4-Hana (preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers at all organizational levels.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to multitask or manage multiple competing priorities successfully.
  • Ability to follow and execute processes based on Standard Work Instructions
  • High school diploma (required)
  • BA degree with years 3+ years of prior shared service administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's degree with years 1+ years relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
