We are seeking "Best In Class" VETERAN (HANDS-ON)with distinguished MICHELIN level FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR Pedigree. Join award winning chefs in leading Brigades of top resort destinations year in, year out. International team now growing Internationally into Boutique resort Hotels and ***** locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations
• Coordinate staff training
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of SOP
• Standardize recipes for beverage menus
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems
• Passion for wine and food pairings
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
