Highlights
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years acute care within last 3 years

- Required Experience:
- CVICU
- NextStage CVVH machine
- Epic (preferred within last 12 months)
- Basic Arrhythmia (must pass telemetry test)
- Preferred Experience: Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable
- Travel Experience: Required
- License: WI or Compact (must be in hand at submittal)
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association only)
- Vaccines:
- Flu: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- COVID-19: Not required
Shift Details
- Schedule: Day/Night, 12-hour shifts (0700–1930 or 1900–0730)
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
- Holidays: Some required
- Call: None
- Floating: Travelers float first; may work in multiple units or locations
Additional Requirements
- Telemetry Exam:
- Adult: 100% lethal rhythm ID, no incorrect answers on 3rd-degree block, 80% passing score
- Pediatric: VFib, VTach, asystole, sinus bradycardia, 80% passing score
- Two attempts allowed; third attempt requires cardiac interpretation course
- References: None accepted
- RTO: 6 days MAX
- Competency Renewal: Active telemetry competency required
