Schedule: Shift-based nursing care

- Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during designated shifts
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary health care teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Work with diverse patient populations across the age spectrum, from neonatal to geriatric
- Incorporate teaching and discharge planning into overall care coordination
- Opportunity to delegate and mentor nursing staff based on clinical competence and scope of practice

Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing process skills
- Experience with care planning, delegation, and team coordination
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan
