About the Role

Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is looking for personable, confident communicators to join their team as Member Service Representatives. This isnt your typical call center role its a fast-paced, purpose-driven position where your voice and energy make a real difference.

In this role, you'll engage health plan members over the phone to schedule important in-home health screenings. Youll be the first step in helping someone take control of their health and your ability to lead conversations, keep things positive, and secure appointment times is key to your success.

What Youll Do

• Make outbound calls to health plan members with energy and professionalism, guiding them to book in-home health screenings
• Explain the service with clarity and warmth, addressing questions and building trust
• Confirm and update member information in our system with accuracy
• Log all call activity and member interactions in line with privacy and compliance standards
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to stay on target and support each other
• Work onsite at the clients office in South Orange County
• Handle personal health information with care, confidentiality, and professionalism

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
• Strong phone presence youre confident, clear, and comfortable taking the lead in conversations
• Prior experience in customer service or a contact center environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to stay focused and energized throughout the day
• Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to data entry and follow-up
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms
• Multilingual skills are a plus
