Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Travel Role (Pharmacy Manager / PIC)
Location: Bartlett, TN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 40+ hours
Licensure Required: Active TN Pharmacist License
Preferred Licensure: Alabama, Kentucky, Nevada, Massachusetts, and/or Illinois
Certification Requirements: IV certification required; BLS not required
COVID-19 Vaccination: Not mandatory
Overtime/Extension: Possible
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential to become permanent

Position Summary
We are urgently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our Bartlett, TN location. This full-time, onsite position is temporary, with the potential for permanent employment based on fit. The pharmacist will primarily perform order verification, with responsibilities expanded based on their clinical and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform order verification for prescriptions pending shipment

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant pharmacy processing

Maintain patient records and pharmacy documentation standards

Contribute to daily operations depending on skillset and experience

Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure quality outcomes

Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited institution

Active and unrestricted Tennessee pharmacist license

IV certification required

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and accuracy in prescription processing
Preferred Qualifications

Licensure in one or more of the following states: AL, KY, NV, MA, IL

Prior experience in infusion, specialty, or hospital pharmacy settings

Familiarity with inventory systems, pharmacy software, and clinical protocols
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Onsite role in Bartlett, TN

Frequent standing; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

Requires use of hands, close vision, and hearing
