Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
1-hour lunch

________________________________________This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for candidates comfortable with fast-paced production environments, mailroom operations, and light technical equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities
• Sort incoming and outgoing mail
• Envelope stuffing and inserter machine operation
• Operate copiers, printers, bindery, and fulfillment equipment
• Perform quality checks and final inspections
• Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues (paper jams, toner replacement, machine codes, etc.)
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and a clean, organized workspace
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and hand off work during breaks
• Follow Ricoh Service Excellence standards at all times

Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing and walking at a fast pace
• Regular lifting up to 30 lbs
• Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
• Moderate dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred)
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with inserter machines and office equipment
• Basic technical aptitude with office and production equipment
