Assistant Director of Nursing

What You'll Do
- Support oversight of clinical systems and day-to-day nursing operations
- Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management
- Foster a positive team culture through mentorship, engagement, and accountability
- Help develop and maintain nursing programs and quality initiatives
- Complete and review medical documentation, reports, and evaluations
- Step in to support additional operational needs as directed by the DON

What You Bring
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Utah)
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Prior leadership experience in long-term care is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to document clearly and accurately
- A genuine passion for caring for the geriatric population
