Customer Service Representative – Automotive Manufacturing company in Canton, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts and ensure a positive customer experience. This role processes orders, schedules deliveries, and communicates directly with customers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders (fax, email, EDI, web portals)
- Enter orders in SAP and manage customer accounts
- Schedule deliveries based on production and lead times
- Produce pick tickets and customer‑specific labels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (phone & electronic communication)
- Knowledge of SAP, EDI, Excel, and email systems
- Strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
Details:
- Pay: $19.50/hr → $20.00/hr after probation
- Hours: 7:00–4:00, 8:00–5:00, or 8:30–5:30 (Mon–Fri)
- Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
