We specialize in the installation of a wide range of products, primarily service bodies, cranes, flatbeds, dump bodies, toolboxes.Pacific Truck Colors is looking for a Graphics Manager to lead our fleet branding division. This is a "player-coach" role where you will own the entire process—from the moment a customer requests a quote to the final inspection of a wrapped vehicle. You’ll be responsible for keeping the shop profitable, the team on schedule, and the quality of our vehicle wraps at the highest industry standard.Responsibilities
- Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end workflow: intake, design, production, installation, and final billing.
- Production & Output: Oversee the printing and cutting of computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl for commercial fleets.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train graphics installers and designers; troubleshoot technical issues during the installation phase.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections on all projects to ensure color accuracy and flawless application.
- Customer Relations: Meet with clients to define project scopes, provide estimates, and manage expectations on timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in large-format printing or the vehicle wrap industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Software: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and RIP software.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of vinyl types, laminates, and installation techniques for different vehicle surfaces.
- Detail Focused: High precision in measuring and color matching to ensure flawless vehicle finishes.
