We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Nassau&nbsp;, NY. You will work one-on-one with a child, implementing behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This is a meaningful, hands-on role with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes</li>
<li>Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA</li>
<li>Collect session data and document progress</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisors and caregivers</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent, reliable schedule</li>
<li>Sessions take place in client homes</li>
<li>After-school and weekend availability preferred</li>
<li>Cases assigned near your home whenever possible</li>
</ul>
 Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children preferred (teaching, childcare, psychology, healthcare, education, etc.)</li>
<li>Reliable, patient, and compassionate</li>
<li>Comfortable working in home-based settings</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Must be able to travel locally to client homes</li>
