In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, assisting clients with account updates, and contributing to various special projects as needed. Responsibilities:
• Process and verify employee hours to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
• Provide support to clients by updating payroll accounts and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate payroll records for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to payroll.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations in payroll processing.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile and analyze payroll data efficiently.
• Address discrepancies in payroll and take appropriate corrective actions.• Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with payroll software and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
