Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring at least 1 year of experience and working 12-hour night shifts.
Details
- Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
- No on-call requirements
- EMR: Meditech Expanse (experience preferred but not required)
Requirements
- Active RN license — Vermont (VT) or Compact state license required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Vermont (VT) RN license or Compact RN license required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers may be considered with 3 or more years of experience
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced local rate; candidates residing 50–100 miles away may also be subject to a reduced rate
- An updated resume including facility names, units worked, and dates of employment is required for consideration
- All gaps in employment should be explained on your resume or work history
- A full Nursys licensure verification report (not VT-only) is required for consideration
- Copies of all certifications with expiration dates are required for consideration
