What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional resident care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and your scope of practice

Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the Registered Nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing

Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident outcomes
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence

Support and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards

Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centered on exceptional resident care
Qualifications
-
Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact state license

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Strong communication and clinical skills
-
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
-
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required

Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
