Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead field crews, manage day-to-day job execution, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all assigned sites.

This role is ideal for a natural leader who prefers being in the field, knows how to manage people under real-world conditions, and takes ownership of outcomes. You will be responsible for keeping crews productive, work compliant, and clients satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Field Leadership & Crew Management

• Supervise field technicians during on-site service jobs
• Set daily goals, assign crews, and keep schedules on track
• Lead by example and maintain discipline, morale, and productivity
• Train new hires and coach team members on best practices

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and job-site standards
• Ensure all work meets required compliance and quality expectations
• Perform field inspections and review job documentation
• Address issues immediately and prevent repeat problems

Customer & Site Coordination

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and site managers
• Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve concerns
• Represent the company with confidence and accountability

Logistics & Readiness

• Coordinate vehicles, routes, tools, and equipment
• Ensure crews are prepared and equipped for each shift
• Track field activity and provide updates to management

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience in field-based environments such as maintenance, construction, facilities, or similar
• Strong people-management and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in active job-site environments
• Comfortable working nights as required

Preferred

• Experience with commercial systems, HVAC, duct work, or facilities services
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
• Willingness to obtain required certifications if needed

Who This Role Is For

• A confident field leader who enjoys managing crews on site
• Someone organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
• A supervisor who takes pride in quality, safety, and execution
• A hands-on operator, not a desk manager

Final Invitation to Apply

If you're a strong field supervisor who knows how to lead crews, solve problems in real time, and take full ownership of field operations — we'd like to hear from you.
