Job DescriptionWe have a fantastic full-time, Customer Service Representative position with a client in the Lake Hallie/Chippewa Falls area. This is a temp to hire position so once hired on by our client, they offer a great benefit package. You will get to work with customers regarding order questions, resolving order matters, and while working through these things, it will be important to remain positive and keep customers happy. Key Job Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat regarding order inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with sales inquiries and promote products
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction

- Experience in the retail/apparel world is a big plus
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- High School Diploma
