Boomerang Rubber is continuing to grow! As we continue to expand and increase our production, we are seeking individuals that are willing to grow with us! We are currently adding an additional 5 Press Operators to our 2nd Shift team.
- The hours are 2pm to 10:15pm, Monday through Friday.
- Pay starts at $21per hour with an additional $2 per hour for shift differential
Responsibilities
- Operate Press or Mill Line while adhering to our Quality Standards
- Set up for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and material.
- Conduct pre-op tasks, including work order preparation and material preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the press area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Accurately complete daily production paperwork.

- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Material handling experience.
