Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab.
  • Assist physicians with radiological imaging, maintain sterile environments as a scrub assistant.
  • Operate and monitor imaging equipment, documenting procedural images and events accurately.
  • Support patient care under RN supervision, educate patients and families about procedure expectations and post-care.
  • Maintain unit cleanliness, manage inventory for complex interventions and diagnostics.
  • Complete daily patient documentation including progress and discharge notes.
  • Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, and help identify process enhancements.
  • Uphold organizational mission and values, complying with service behavior standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Experience as a Cath Lab Technician with proficiency in cardiac and vascular imaging techniques.
  • Familiarity with sterile technique and scrub assistant responsibilities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for patient education and departmental reporting.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
