Engineer I: $74,000 - $86,000
Engineer II: $82,000 - $94,000
Engineer III: $90,000 - $103,000
Senior Engineer: $97,000 - $112,000
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Manufacturing Engineer in Merrimack, NH, you will:
- Drive stabilization and flow‑improvement initiatives across production operations
- Support production teams by resolving issues and implementing process changes
- Document manufacturing processes for electrical and metal‑fabrication equipment
- Ensure efficient production flow, quality adherence, and optimal resource utilization
- Provide line support for system controls and electrical manufacturing activities
- Optimize equipment performance to reduce downtime and increase productivity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and throughput
- Develop work instructions, procedures, and manufacturing documentation
- Collaborate with quality teams on control plans, inspection methods, and testing protocols in a low‑to‑mid volume, high‑mix environment
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective process improvements
- Maintain a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and process optimization
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in Merrimack, Litchfield, Londonderry, Manchester, Nashua, and the surrounding metro area
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Support manufacturing of inverter‑based power electronics with a strong focus on quality assurance and production stability
- Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain to resolve manufacturing quality issues and ensure consistent build and test execution
- Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to address defects, process escapes, and reliability concerns
- Improve process controls, documentation, and standard work to enhance repeatability in assembly and test operations
- Provide hands‑on production‑floor support in a low‑to‑mid volume, high‑mix electronics manufacturing environment
- Stabilize processes through disciplined problem solving, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive build quality, reduce variation, and strengthen manufacturing readiness
- Apply experience in electronics or power electronics manufacturing to optimize workflows and support daily production needs
