Overview
LTA Manufacturing is an E-Verify employer. Our Production Workers support manufacturing operations across nine departments, helping to build and assemble our products.
Production Workers are responsible for monitoring equipment, inspecting products for defects, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality output. They work closely with department leads, production supervisors, and managers to meet production schedules and support the successful development of our products.
As a Production Worker at LTA Manufacturing, you are expected to meet production goals, follow established processes, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment focused on achieving shared results. Reliable transportation, consistent attendance.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to stand for the duration of the shift, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, speak, read, and understand English, and see. The employee must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and frequently bend and stoop as part of the job duties.
The employee will occasionally be required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach with hands and arms. The environment is fast-paced, time-pressured, and requires accuracy. The employee will regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the facility, and effectively communicate with team members.
The employee is expected to meet these physical requirements for 10-hour shifts, up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and tools on the assembly line to produce quality products
- Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to maintain quality standards
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse or production experience is advantageous
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
