Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services to elementary school students in Blue Springs, MO, for the current school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid certification/licensure as a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with school policies.
