OverviewA busy specialty healthcare practice is seeking a friendly, energetic Call Center Patient Services Representative to support its highvolume patient scheduling team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys helping people over the phone, and brings a positive, teamoriented attitude.
Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage highvolume inbound calls (target of ~40 calls per day)


  • Schedule patient appointments and provide general information


  • Route calls to the appropriate department (clinical triage, medical assistants, providers, etc.)


  • Maintain excellent customer service and a professional demeanor


  • Work collaboratively with a supportive administrative team


Qualifications and Skills

  • Outgoing, upbeat, and patientfocused personality


  • Strong communication skills


  • Teamoriented and selfmotivated (“gogetter” mindset)


  • Ability to work in a fastpaced call center environment


  • Comfortable handling frequent inbound calls (40/day expectation)


  • Prior customer service or callcenter experience is highly valued (healthcare, retail, hospitality, café/restaurant experience all considered)


Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $19.00 Hourly
