Job Description

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest quality standards and the right to stop production of any job if those quality standards are not met
Willing to assist in any and all areas within the company on an “as-needed” basis
Verifies accuracy of shipment and order details
Packages all items for delivery, including necessary paperwork
Coordinate the incoming material receipt process with all departments
Maintain Kanban inventory, including re-order for replenishment
Manage all shipping supplies
Acts as a point-of-contact for all freight and logistics companies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and computer skills
