Insurance Brokers of MN is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated insurance professional who is committed to excellent client service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts
- Provide timely, accurate communication and follow-up with clients and carriers
- Process policy changes, renewals, quotes, and documentation
- Maintain detailed, organized records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support producers and team members as needed
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an insurance agency (personal lines preferred)
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and systems
- Strong customer service experience
