Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- At least two years of nursing experience.
- Current State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Your Responsibilities
As a Charge Nurse, you will:
- Supervise care processes, ensuring patient safety and quality experiences.
- Facilitate shift change huddles and document operational performance metrics.
- Implement effective communication strategies to optimize care delivery.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure adequate staffing throughout your shift.
- Perform regulatory checks and maintain accurate nursing logs.

Compensation
The maximum offer for this position is up to USD $54.00/Hr. Compensation is based on various factors, including experience and training.
