What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems—especially heat pumps.
- Perform routine maintenance (filters, cleaning, tune-ups) to keep systems running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend solutions.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about repair needs, system performance, and maintenance tips.
- Follow all safety standards, local codes, and company procedures.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a residential HVAC service technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- EPA 608, NATE, or other HVAC certifications preferred but not required—we’ll consider strong hands-on experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
- Clear communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to keep learning.
