Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in telespeech services within a school setting. This role supports students by delivering remote speech therapy tailored to individual communication needs, promoting academic progress and social interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders through telepractice platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and legal regulations.
- Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience or strong interest in telespeech service delivery.
- Familiarity with educational environment and special education protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage students effectively in a virtual setting.
