We’re seeking an organized and tech-savvy Account Coordinator to support restaurant and franchise partners on a leading food delivery platform. You’ll manage shared inboxes, coordinate onboarding, handle invoice requests, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shared brand inboxes, triage emails, and escalate cases as needed.
  • Respond to onboarding inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with internal teams.
  • Review and process invoice requests for offer reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of escalations and onboarding updates.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in support, operations, or customer success (internships count).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs) and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in tech, customer operations, or account management.
