Join our dynamic team as our New Residential Construction Plumber, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in new home developments. This energetic position offers opportunities to develop your skills in construction plumbing while working on exciting residential projects.

Responsibilities
• Install and assemble plumbing systems according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations accurately
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and mechanical schematics to ensure precise work
• Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation efforts
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing components on-site
• Assist with remodeling and renovation projects by installing fixtures, piping, and related systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials

Experience
• Prior construction site experience or background in residential construction is required (5+ years)
• Knowledge of construction plumbing practices, pipe threading, welding, and schematic reading
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience with field service work or handyman tasks related to plumbing or general maintenance is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, schematics interpretation, and assembly techniques will set candidates apart
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions for installation projects
• Previous experience in remodeling or maintenance work demonstrates versatility and adaptability in various construction environments
