About the Role
Green-Way Irrigation is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and support multiple installation crews handling irrigation, outdoor lighting, and drainage projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple installation crews
• Motivate crews and maintain positive team morale
• Ensure all irrigation, outdoor lighting, and drainage work meets company standards
• Manage schedules to keep projects on time and running efficiently
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions
• Communicate with clients throughout the installation process
• Maintain organized job documentation and professional jobsite practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of irrigation industry experience
• Valid, clean drivers license (subject to insurance approval)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
