Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service using ERP systems via phone, email and in person
- Addressing customer inquires regarding products, orders and services
- Assisting in resolving the customers concerns and following up to ensure completion
- Processing customer orders, quotes and changes requested using ERP software and company software
- Working other departments such as production, quality and shipping to ensure timely delivery of product
- Monitoring and communicating status updates to customer
- Maintaining customer records, orders and concerns in the ERP system
- Preparing reports, invoices and shipping documents as needed
- Assisting with administrative duties including data entry and reports
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service preferably in a manufacturing (CNC) preferred
- Experience with ERP preferably JobBOSS² preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 8am to 4:30pm
The pay is up to $65K a year based on experience
